My friend had this vacuum and showed it to me. She went over each "specialty" of the machine and then I just had to have it. It has rubber wheels, which is hard to find, retractable cord, great suction, an extention hose that's easy to grab quick then put back, and it's a beautiful machine. I couldn't find it in the stores so I went online to [...] where she said she purchased it. It was cheaper to go through Amazon and they came through for me quickly and without problems. I am enjoying using the machine and feel it works awesome.
